Hello, World!

My name is Michael Thorson. I am 22 years old. I was born in Novosibirsk, Russia. After my adoption at 14 months old, I lived in Verona, Wisconsin, for 2 years. At age 3, my parents and I moved to Morton, Illinois, and we have lived there since. I attended Morton High School before college. I am currently a student at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.

Hobbies

Outside of school and work, I love attending and serving at New Castle Bible Church. I also enjoy most physical activities. I played soccer from age 3 all the way through high school. Despite having several offers to play in college, I chose to focus on academics. However, I still found myself playing club soccer at Bradley. My other favorite physical activities include running, hiking, swimming, and spikeball. When relaxing, I can be found playing PlayStation 5. I am most actively on Rocket League and Rainbow Six Seige. I also really enjoy listening to music. My favorite genre of music is classic rock, with my favorite bands being Rush and Boston.
